New Quelle Chris (?!) - Happy Place EP

Update: The homey over at Rap Music Plug Podcast says it's legit!

The algorithm mostly taketh away, but sometimes it giveth. Early this morning a Quelle Chris account popped up in my recommended feed on YouTube, with no other videos in it aside from this one, a brand new EP entitled Happy Place. I was skeptical at first given the landscape of 'type beats' and fake albums that populate rap YouTube, and the obviousness of some of the samples out the gate, but I'm leaning toward legit. It's on Quelle's Instagram, and there's specificity in the lyrics ("I told my landlord I was nominated for a Grammy and that should allow me the dignity to be at least three weeks late on next month's rent."), and it feels like Quelle, so if it's not the real spill it's a long way for bandooloo.
