The almighty Caltrops Press tapped in with Gabe 'Nandez for an installment of their RAPS + CRAFTS series ahead of this week's False Profits project with Thomas Maggart (purchase and streaming links down below).

jerrard (fka Danny Watts) shared a classic live show from their time on Jonwayne's Rap Album Two tour at Gramps Miami.

Closed Sessions sat down with DJ Premier for their Legend Conversation series. They talked everything from his getting bitten by the Hip Hop bug via a visit to New York from his native Texas, his production methods, and much more.

Just in time for All Hallow's Eve, the homey 2 Mello put out an audio drama! A dramatic reading of H.F. Arnold's "The Night Wire", with music and creepy atmospherics by the man himself:

This is a first for me: a dramatic, immersive horror reading of one of my favorite short stories, including music and sound effects. This story was originally published in 1926, but due to its vague descriptions and use of the technology of telegraph wires as a medium to tell its tale, I think it holds up extremely well even almost 100 years later.

I listen to a lot of recorded horror stories in various levels of production quality, and I've always wanted to go the full distance with a very detailed one myself. This year's Halloween season was the perfect time to get one together. I also eventually hope to write and narrate my own stories, and this (and my Atmospheric Horror Music albums) has been preparation for that step.

The Rap Music Plug Podcast welcomed Phiik & Lungs back onto the show to discuss their recent LP Carrot Season, working with Olasegun, touring Europe for the first time, and more.

Chelsea Wolfe graced NPR's Tiny Desk once again, this time with stripped down selections from She Reaches Out to She Reaches Out to She, her upcoming acoustic EP Unbound, and a close out from her 2012 LP Unknown Rooms.

DJ.Fresh paid respects to the supervillain with a remix of the King Geedorah lead-off classic from Take Me To Your Leader.
